Collapse%2fexpand Feature In Outlook

Expand the ribbon while you are working. On the right side of the ribbon, select. Minimize the ribbon when a file opens. By default, the ribbon is expanded every time that you open a file, but you can change that setting so that the ribbon is always minimized. On the View menu, clear the Ribbon check mark. Microsoft® Outlook has a View setting to handle the expand/collapse state for the Group By function. Most likely this setting is set to “Always expanded” ins. To expand the Ribbon back to its normal size when you want to have it displayed again, do one of the following: Double-click the current tab again. While the Ribbon is minimized, click any tab to turn it back on temporarily and the click the Expand the Minimized Ribbon button. To customize an automatic reply in Microsoft Outlook, first, you need to create a template of e-mail message that will be send according to custom rules. You can use a template, also, when you need to send messages regularly such as some reports, if it contains the same text, subject or recipients and just need a little modification.

custom field for projects with tasks past due
I am wondering how/what formula would be needed for creating a custom field at the project level to show when a project has at least one task that is past due. I have a custom field at the task level (IIf([Finish]<[Current Date] And [% Complete]<100,1,2)) that will show when an individual task is overdue, but I want to add a custom field to the Project Center > Summary view to show when a project has any overdue tasks. The PM can then drill down from there into the project and see exactly what tasks are overdue. Once I figure out the formula for this I want to assign ...

In Outlook 2000 - yesterday all (1500+) completed tasks changed from completed to 'not started' tasks. The assigned tasks sent automatically status reports to who had assigned the task - and sent messages to those who I had assigned tasks to. Problem in MS CRM 4.0 with Expand/Collapse on a SSRS 2008 report

Putting a hold on tasks
Hi, I have a project with many tasks and the developer has moved on to get the most important tasks done -- because of time. How do I place previous tasks on hold? That's because based on the project some things should've been done this week but instead other tasks have taken priority. -jp A couple of options to try out: 1) Just add dependencies from the higher priority tasks to the lower priority tasks. 2) Set task priorities and level your project. 3) Not sure how you're updating your project, but you could open the Gantt Chart view and expose the Stop...
Task finish depends on view
We utilize project and Project Server 2007. Using the Gantt Chart view, the finish date for Task A (duration based) is 1/10/10. If I double click on the task in either the Task Usage or Resource Usage views, the end date is early December. This (I think) is causing the resource hours to be 'front-loaded' i.e. no planned work is present for December or early January. I've double checked for constraints. Additional Information: The time planned for Sept-Nov was higher than the actual hours used. What is the best way to change this so the plan reflects reality? ...
